How to Remove Lines Not Containing “Emails/@" in Notepad++ or Excel ?

Problem:

I want only those lines which include @ in it ?

Solution in Notepad++:

This can be achieved by using Find and Replace in Notepad++.

Here is how :

• Ctrl+H
• Find what: ^[^@]+$
• Replace with: EMPTY

Explanation:

^           : begining of line
[^@]+   : 1 or more character that is not @
$           : end of line


Solution in Excel :

This can be done by using text filter in excel:

• Select row containing data.
• Click filter.
• Select text filter then contains.
• Enter @ in contains section.
• As a result it will return all emails.
