A JOBLESS MAN APPLIED FOR THE POSTION OF 'OFFICE BOY' AT MICROSOFT | Inspiration Story

A jobless man applied for the position of 'office boy' at Microsoft.
The HR manager interviewed him, then gave him a test: clean the floor. The man passed the test with flying colors.
"You are hired," HR manager informed the applicant, "give me your e-mail address, and I'll send you the application for employment, as well as the date you should report for work.
The man replied " I don't have a computer, or an email!"
"I'm sorry," said the HR manager. "If you don't have an email, that means you do not exist. And we cannot hire persons who do not exist."
The man was very disappointed.
He didn't know what to do. He only had $10 with him. Once that is spent, he won't have any money to buy any food.
He went to the supermarket and bought a crate of tomatoes with his $10.
He went from door to door and sold the tomatoes in less than two hours. He doubled his money.
He repeated the operation three times, and returned home with $60. He realized that he can survive
this way. He started to go everyday earlier, and return late.
He doubled or tripled his money every day. Soon, he bought a cart, then a truck. In a very short time, he had his own fleet of delivery vehicles.
Five years later, the man became one of the biggest food retailers in the U. S. He started to plan his family's future, and decided to have a life insurance.
He called an insurance broker, and chose a protection plan.
At the end of the conversation, the broker asked him for his email address.
The man replied: ' I don't have an email.'
The broker was dumbfounded. "You don't have an email, and yet have succeeded in building an empire. Can you imagine what you could have been if you had an email?," he exclaimed.
The man thought for a while, and replied, "an office boy at Microsoft!"
If you just lost your Job or Just failed an Interview Don't worry be Optimistic..... Good days are on the way and something better is reserved for you.
All you have to do is Explore, Innovate and Explore !!!

An elephant and a dog Story | Motivational Story

An elephant and a dog became pregnant at same time. Three months down the line the dog gave birth to six puppies. Six months later the dog was pregnant again, and nine months on it gave birth to another dozen puppies. The pattern continued.

Source : Google Pics

On the eighteenth month the dog approached the elephant questioning, _”Are you sure that you are pregnant? We became pregnant on the same date, I have given birth three times to a dozen puppies and they are now grown to become big dogs, yet you are still pregnant. Whats going on?”._
The elephant replied, _”There is something I want you to understand. What I am carrying is not a puppy but an elephant. I only give birth to one in two years. When my baby hits the ground, the earth feels it. When my baby crosses the road, human beings stop and watch in admiration, what I carry draws attention. So what I’m carrying is mighty and great.”._

Don’t lose faith when you see others receive answers to their prayers.
Don’t be envious of others testimony. If you haven’t received your own blessings, don’t despair. Say to yourself “My time is coming, and when it hits the surface of the earth, people shall yield in admiration.”

Think Negative Act Positive | Life Mantras

Now the very first thing comes into your mind is WHY ????
Think Neagtive are you mad ???

Let me tell you the main logic behind this , If we are planning something all the way Postive yes “we’ll enjoy it in the moment, but we won’t get the energy and the impetus we need to attain the goals.”

Source : google images
On the other hand if you think Negative but Act Postive will be benifical to you. If you start thinking in negative way "Many of new idea start coming to your mind to solve the problem". Then you can easily act postive with your lots of negative ideas. More you think Negative Smart you will act Postivily.

Let us take an example for more understanding :-
Suppose you are on a trip and all trip is well planned postivily a/q to you. But in mean while something goes wrong which is out of plan as your thinking and planning is only in postive way , If you already think about the negative things also then you can handle that suitation in a better way.

"Negative thinking always brings up new idea"

Does WhatsApp and Facebook give money on sharing chain messages?

Simple answer is NO , for more read out article below:-

Almost 200,000 Facebook users have been duped into sharing and reposting a message about a 14 year old boy who was allegedly beaten badly by his stepfather after protecting his little sister from being raped.

The message, which comes attached to an image of a young boy’s injured torso, claims that Facebook will donate 45 cents for the cost of life-saving surgery, every time that a user reposts or shares the message.
A 14 years old boy got beaten half dead by his stepfather. He only tried to protect his little sister from being raped. Now he's struggling for his life, but doctors say he won't make it without a surgery. His mother doesn't have money to pay it.Facebook donates 45cents for every sharing or reposting. Please help.

At the time of writing, over 181,000 people have reposted or shared the photo and accompanying message on Facebook. Every few seconds we can see more Facebook users passing it onto their friends.

Of course, the claim that Facebook is donating money is nonsense. Facebook is doing nothing of the sort – and if it were donating money to a young boy’s surgery they surely would not base it upon the number of times a message or photo was shared.

You’ll notice that the message includes no information supporting the story, no link to an official Facebook blog announcing the initiative, no details on where in the world the boy might be, or links to news stories that corroborate the claim. There’s not even a date when the incident is claimed to have taken place, which means that a hoax chain letter like this can have a life of its own and continue to spread many years after its first appearance.
Facebook is a breeding ground for rumours, hoaxes and chain letters because users find it so easy to forward bogus alerts and poorly-researched warnings on to all of their friends at the click of a mouse.

Story of 10rs | Begger and Boy Story | Story of Walking Boy

Story is about a working Boy (Sam). He goes to office and back to home always traveling by his own instead of auto-riksha which cost only Rs10 single side. His friends used to make his fun for this but he never told them why he used to do so. When asked by his friends he told them that he is doing savings for future.

This continued and many days passed away. Everyday he walked to metro station and took metro to office. Same cycle continued when he came back to home. One of his friend noticed that while he came out from station every time took 5 minutes extra. This thing striked in his mind and he told this to all his friend's group. After listening to him the whole group decided to see what exactly he used to do in 5 minutes. They decided to let Sam go first out from station and follow him and watch.
Next morning all of them travelled to office . None of them told about the plan to Sam . Time passed away and Sam  was about to leave from office, he told to his friends. One of them told actually we had some work left we will meet you at metro station . So Sam said bye to all and came out from office. Same time when Sam went out from office his friend group continued to follow him . Sam took metro from station. His friends were also travelling by same metro but in different coach. Their station came and Sam deboard the metro and his friends too.

source :- google pics
He came out from metro station and his friends continued to follow him. He went down from stairs and his friends watching him above from metro . Sam came down and stood in front of an "Old Begger" begger says 'namste shab ji' , Sam took his wallet from back pocket and give 10rs to Old Man and Old man says 'bhagwan apka bhlla kre' . Sam came out from station and stood outside to wait for his friend. As all of his friends were already  watching him, went into silence as they all were wrong about him. Now they all know why Sam used to travel by his own and used to save Rs10 to donate them to that Old man, their eyes got numb and a respect for Sam came into their Hearts. All of this they all came out from station and Sam said "bhai kahan thae yr tum log" all smile and solute to Sam and told they know all about his kind heart. With this all friend huged Sam and took pledge to help poors and beggers with their own saved money.

Master mind behind the ₹500 and ₹1000 notes abandonment | Man Behind ₹500 and ₹1000 Decision | Anil Bokil

The sudden announcement of the demonetization of Rs.500 and Rs.1000 currency notes by Prime Minister Narender Modi has caused an uproar all over the country. The idea of this drastic change came from Anil Bokil of Arthkranti, a Pune based financial think tank.
Anil Bokil

Bokil who reportedly had met PM Modi, a few months back to give a presentation on financial reforms and how to contain the flow of black money. He was given time of just nine minutes to finish his argument, but PM Modi Reportedly found his argument so interesting that he kept discussing for almost two hours.
One of the reasons given by Bokil was that on an average, transactions of Rs.2.7 lakh are done on a daily basis in India which amounts to Rs.800 lakh crore in a year. Out of that, only 20% of transactions take place via banks and the rest are in cash, hence untraceable. Another reason he put forward for the ban is that about 78% of the population in the country spends only Rs.20 a day and therefore doesn’t require big currency notes. We don’t know what will happen in the future, but for now all we can say is that this is an incredibly bold move.
The main suggestions by Bokil were :
1. The collection of money under 56 different taxes should be stopped except for import duty.
2. A ban on Rs.1000, Rs.500 and even Rs.100 currency notes
3. Each and every transaction should take place via bank with the help of cheque, demand draft or online
4. Revenue collection should be done with a single banking system

My Visit to AGRA | Agra from Delhi | Taj Mahal | Delhi to Agra

Agra is a city in northern India’s Uttar Pradesh state. It's home to the iconic Taj Mahal, a mausoleum built for the Mughal ruler Shah Jahan’s wife, Mumtaz Mahal (who died in childbirth in 1631). The imposing main building features a massive dome and intricately carved white marble inlaid with precious stones. This is set behind a reflecting pool inside a courtyard defined by 4 minarets wiki .

[Taj Clicked by me]

The Taj Mahal is an ivory-white marble mausoleum on the south bank of the Yamuna river in the Indian city of Agra. It was commissioned in 1632 by the Mughal emperor, Shah Jahan, to house the tomb of his favorite wife, Mumtaz Mahal.

Visited Agra in month of Sep , it was a great experience. Started my Journey from New Delhi Railway Station. Find difficulty to get train as this is my first time to travel long distance via train. There are 16 platforms at New Delhi railway station so easy way is Book ticket online or serach google for trains and get the train name and number towards Agra Cannt and locate the train and you will easily come to know the platform number for that train.

Agra Cantt Railway Station
After lots of time wastage and enquiry we luckly get Kerala Express 12626 towards Thiruvananthapuram Central . We both were travling with general ticket and dont know what to do how to get seat. All scared we entered into train. We entered by S11 and someone inside the train told that go and talk to TC and he will take 100 rs each and will assign you a seat if available. We started looking for him and reached at S1 but no one is helping to assign seat all are saying wait we are coming to your seat. Finally a Turban TC told us to seat on seat no 36 and 37 of s6 box. We reached there are ask for our seat , finally that was moment of victory we got the seat. We open up water bottle and ha some water then was felling relax.

Now we started looking for TC to came to our seat and what amount of money he will ask for ?. The wait is over he came and ask for 100Rs each , I gave him totally 100 and said this is enough sir as he is polite but Corrupt accepted the money and write seat number on back of our ticket. We were very happy as we both were visiting TAJ for 1st time. Many station like Faridabad , Mathura etc came in between all places were new and enjoy each and every  part of  journey and finally train is about to reach at Agra Cannt.

On the way to Agra

When train stopped at Agra Cantt station we were very happy that we finally reached. We came out of station and  took a auto-rickshaw from railway station worth Rs 60 and went to Hotel that was already booked by us. After checked in the room was beautiful and all good . We took  some rest.
Then we made a plan to visit Taj Mahal at evening. A wonderful thing was this Taj Mahal is quite near by hotel. It was hardly 5 minutes far from hotel. On way to Taj Mahal, there was a man asking to buy tissue paper to wear on top of shoes, we don't know why he was asking to buy those. He was selling them at Rs 10 only. We didn't buy that tissue papers at that time. Finally we reach near entry gate for Taj Mahal. Fortunately one of us have aadhar card to buy entry tickets. Without aadhar card proof we don't buy entry tickets. After buying a ticket we reach inside Taj Mahal after all security checks. A beautiful buildings was in front of me. We start taking pictures and finally after entering a gate we saw a beautiful mausoleum in front of us.

Said truth is "TAJ looks beautiful only in pics"

We are so excited to visit that white marble mausoleum but as we don't have tissue papers we have to walk there without shoes. But was giving more beautiful experience and we enjoyed a lot. More about historical places i like open space and beautiful arts. On the way back to Hotel  we enjoyed horse riding .

A journey become more beautiful if we have some wonderful experiences and memories. A day i never forget where we enjoyed horse riding and whenever i saw that video, it's just bring a big smile on our face.

Finally we reached hotel and now it's time to have dinner. As we already started feeling hungry. We came to know that there is a beautiful restaurant at top floor of hotel as we surfed google. We went there and it was actually beautiful then that expected. We enjoyed our dinner there.
Dinner time
On next Morning we get up and had breakfast as already booked with room booking Prantha with Tea . After this check-out at hotel and started back journey to Delhi. Booked an  auto and reached at Station . As we know simple way to get a seat in train is give a Rs 100  note to TC . So we  buy a normal ticket and we get into train. Same way we search for TC but no seats but an old man offer a seat and we both adjusted on opposite side as he was traveling with family.  We started watching Youtube on JIO and time passes away. The old man and family deboard at Mathura Junction. TC came to our seat and we talk to him and provided us a seat no. Now we were felling hungry as we only took breakfast at hotel and Searching for meal service in train , we came across TravelKhana offering first meal free but due to review on fb page not prefer and decided to have lunch at Delhi only. Now new thing came up train is only upto Hazrat Nizaamudin station. We started searching "Nearest Metro station" and "OLA  UBER fares". Finally we are back to Delhi. Came out of station and find restaurant near and  enjoyed our lunch with Dal Makhni and Roti. After lunch booked a UBER direct to Rajiv Chowk and took metro from there and we are home.!!!!!!!!!!!

Things to keep in Mind :-
  1. Advance booking of Train or Bus tickets.
  2. Online booking of Taj mahal Visit ticket Click here .
  3. Hotel booking near to Taj Mahal.
  4. Keep Aadhar card with you if you want to visit Taj Mahal. As it required at time of buying entry tickets for Taj Mahal.
  5. Buy tissue paper if you want to visit in Taj with your shoes. If you don't buy a tissue paper then you have to walk bare foot in Taj Mahal
